This weekend in Detroit showcased and reminded us all what tattooing truly is. FAMILY! Above all else. And I LOVE this family.

Right now we are truly fighting for the preservation of what we hold so sacred.

Right now, closed door meetings are being held by people that don’t share that sentiment. They have self-interest at the forefront of their agendas.

Right now, the FDA has classified tattooing as “injection,” opening the door to potential extreme laws being implemented around the craft of tattooing.

The #1 charge of TIMA and INKTEGRITY is to fight division and closed door meetings. To ensure that the true stakeholders have the loudest and truest voices in the room. And to rectify improper language and definitions that are created by individuals that just don’t know any better. We have to do that through research and truth finding. And then we have to write and publish our factual findings.
